FAQ

1. For each Interval I own, how many nights of use am I entitled to (other than Bonus use)?

You are entitled to reserve seven nights in a calendar year. These 7 nights may be used in one stay or you may break up your 7 nights into a three night and a four night stay. You may use your time in the "season" that you purchased (Summer, Prime, Holiday) or you may use your week out of season. Please see FAQ #3 below for rules regarding this.

2. How do I make a reservation for use of an Interval Unit?

You may make your reservation request to the General Manager in person, by telephone, U.S. mail, E-mail, facsimile, or by using this website.

3. Do I have to reserve a whole week at a time?

For each Interval you own you may make a reservation for the entire 7 days or you may break your 7 day stay up using a 3 day and a 4 day stay. If you reserve less than a full week, your reservation may only include one weekend stay. However, you may request a second weekend stay for your unused time if you make your reservation request not more than 14 days in advance of the first day of your scheduled arrival. You may not have more than one reservation per interval owned at any one time. You may reserve one or two day stays, however; you will be deemed to have used three days of your Use Time.

4. How much notice do I have to give to make my Regular Reservations?

A reservation request should be received by the General Manager at least four weeks in advance and not more than nine months in advance, of the desired occupancy period. Reservation requests will also be accepted less than four weeks in advance of the desired occupancy period, however, such a reservation request will be in competition with Bonus Use reservation requests and Association rental reservations.

5. May I share my assigned Unit with guests?

Yes, you may share your assigned Unit with guests, or you may have guests use some or all of the time which you have reserved even if you are not present, provided at least one guest is 21 years of age or older. However, if guests will occupy your assigned Unit in your absence, the General Manager must be notified in writing prior to the first day of occupancy of your assigned Unit. The General Manager will also want to know the names and addresses of your guests. In your absence, guests will be required to show proof of identity and will need to sign the registration card.

6. Who may make a Bonus Use reservation?

Bonus Use reservations may be made by any owner whose account is not delinquent.

7. How much notice do I have to give to make my Bonus Use Reservation?

A reservation for Bonus Use must be made not more than 4 weeks before the scheduled reservation start day unless you are extending your Regular Use reservation. If you are extending your Regular Use stay you may make the Bonus Time reservation at the same time you make your Regular Use reservation.

8. Is there a limit on the number on nights of a Bonus Use visit?

No. However, no Bonus Use reservations can be made initially for more than two consecutive nights. An Owner may request, while at Villa Mykonos, a confirmed Bonus Use reservation be extended for additional and successive one-night periods provided that such request is made not more than 24 hours in advance of Check-In Time on the date sought for the extension.

9. Is there a charge for Bonus Use?

You will be charged the daily Bonus Use rate in accordance with the current rate schedule adopted by the Board of Directors. The current daily Bonus Use rate is $75.

10. How often may I occupy a Unit as Bonus Use?

Subject to the availability, you may use Bonus Time as often as you like.

11. Can my guests occupy my Unit during Bonus Use time?

Not by themselves. However, if you accompany them personally, they may occupy a Unit with you.
